• Server information: Guild IDs, Server names, and channel IDs where the Bot is used, in order to store Your configuration preferences.
• Translation logs: Records of translations performed, including source and target languages, character counts, and timestamps. We do not store the content of translated messages.
• User preferences: Your preferred language settings and configuration choices.
• OAuth tokens: Access and refresh tokens from Discord, encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information We collect for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the Service.
• To remember Your language preferences and settings.
• To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse of the Service.
• To authenticate You on Our website and display Your Server panel.

3. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on the following third-party providers:

• DeepL API (Premium tier): Message content is sent to DeepL for translation. See DeepL's Privacy Policy.
• LibreTranslate (free tier): Message content is sent to Our self-hosted LibreTranslate instance for translation.
• Discord: Authentication and Bot functionality. See Discord's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain Your data for the following periods:

• Translation logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.
• Audit logs are automatically deleted after 90 days.
• User preferences and Server settings are retained until You delete Your account or remove the Bot from Your Server.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Your data. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. All database connections use SSL/TLS encryption. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding Your personal data:

• Right to access: You may export all data We store about You from the Account page.
• Right to deletion: You may permanently delete Your account and all associated data from the Account page.
• Right to rectification: You may update Your preferences and settings at any time through the Bot or Our website.

These rights apply to all Users, including those protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and similar data protection legislation.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for Users under 13 years of age, or the minimum age required by Discord in Your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If You believe We have inadvertently collected such data, please contact Us so We can promptly delete it.
